Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

• Exceptions: Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products, or digital downloads) are non-returnable. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

• Process:

  1. Contact Odinn’s Grove at sean@odinnsgrove.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the item to the return address provided.

  3. Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

2. Refunds

 

• Approved Returns: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Partial Refunds: Items not in original condition or returned after 14 days may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

• Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

 

3. Cancellations

 

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Returns process above.

• Custom Orders: Cancellation of custom or personalised orders may not be possible once production has begun.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

• Please include a photograph of the damaged item
