Manx Gungnir on Dragon Chain (Long) Norse Pewter Pendant

A Gungnir made of solid pewter. Gungnir is the spear of the Norse god Odin and is worn by Odin's followers for protection. The shaft is decorated with knotwork in a Manx style ring chain.

The Gungnir pendant comes attached to a viking style chain (approx. length 70cm long version) by a stainless steel ring and pewter dragon heads. The chain is stainless steel and based on designs from the Viking period.

This pendant is suitable for re-enactment or Larp use, or for modern wear. The pendant is made on the Isle of Skye in Scotland from lead-free pewter.

 

Together with the chain it weighs approx. 125g for the long chain option.
