These pendants are hand-carved and oiled to finish (using linseed oil). This is a carved mjolnir in ebonised oak on a braided black leather cord. All are finished with linseed oil. The black oak pendant is ebonised - this uses neither burning nor staining but a vinegar and rust solution that causes a chemical reaction with the tannins in the wood, turning it black.

These pendants come with neat barrel bayonet clasps, as pictured.

Treating the wood: if in future after extensive use and exposure to the elements you feel they could use a polish, rub these pendants with raw linseed oil, as that's what I used several coats of to finish them with.
